In Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, the Zess Frappe item's description reads that it restores 20 HP. However, when used, it is revealed that it actually restores 20 FP instead.
This oversight could potentially lead to a Game Over if the player has never used the item before and decides to heal Mario when he is low on HP, only to find out that the item does not heal Mario at all, causing him to get killed by the enemies on the next turn.

if tumblr really wants its regular user onboard with keeping the website afloat then we should at least demand that they do the bare minimum in keeping the site functional. and right now, they're not even doing that. every change they've made lately has made the website/app worse. i should give my money to tumblr so what—they can make a more intrusive version of tumblr live? remove the chronical dashboard? come up with an even more transphobic way of doing content moderation? yeah, no thanks

I’m glad the internet has moved to make people appreciate pigeons but we need to do the same with gulls. People are so mean to them, calling them rats or vicious or trash and it’s very unfair
For one thing, you don’t get to be mad at gulls for being in their homes any more than you are at sharks. Gulls live by water, you don’t get to go to the beach and then be mad that there are gulls there looking for food, you are in their home
For another, gulls are not ugly birds they are just as nice looking as any other bird and I’m sick of people being mean to them

I LOVE gulls. (Disclaimer: mostly herring gulls haha) I think they are just so neat. They have that spot on their bill so the baby can peck it and they'll regurgitate. The vomit button, for baby. Love it. Their family name: Laridae. A family of guys named Larry. The shape of their eyes. The way they stand around and heckle. How you can watch a bunch of gulls sitting on a line, and when one bird goes (or comes) they all shuffle around because they have to renegotiate the hierarchy. (This last feature is apocryphal but I'm throwing it in.)
I think one thing about them is that they're big! And that kinda freaks people out, so humans get mad at them and call them names. But I think it's cool they're big and the look kinda fierce. It's the beauty of the wild (even if it's just a gull at the beach). I wouldnt ask a shark to he less sharky. I wouldn't ask an orca to be less fearfully and wonderfully made. Be humbled by the gull; remember that you too are just a creature. The world is not here just for you; you are a part of it.

Hey. Why isn’t the moon landing a national holiday in the US. Isn’t that fucked up? Does anyone else think that’s absurd?
It was a huge milestone of scientific and technological advancement. (Plus, at the time, politically significant). Humanity went to space! We set foot on a celestial body that was not earth for the first time in human history! That’s a big deal! I’ve never thought about it before but now that I have, it’s ridiculous to me that that’s not part of our everyday lives and the public consciousness anymore. Why don’t we have a public holiday and a family barbecue about it. Why have I never seen the original broadcast of the moon landing? It should be all over the news every year!
It’s July 20th. That’s the day of the moon landing. Next year is going to be the 54th anniversary. I’m ordering astronaut shaped cookie cutters on Etsy and I’m going to have a goddamn potluck. You’re all invited.
